Our Double Rooms are not wheelchair-accessible. For guests requiring accessible accommodations, we recommend our Two-Bedroom Apartments.

We offer flexible cancellations. For longer stays with monthly payments, a 30-day notice is required to cancel or modify without fees.
House rules
Alcohol and drugs
Excessive alcohol consumption and drug use in our premises are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be reported.
Firealarm
La Maison Suisse is equipped with the latest safety systems. In case of a fire alarm, we ask you to remain calm and follow the instructions. If you need to leave the room, please use the stairs and not the elevator. If the fire alarm is triggered by guests smoking in the room, excessive cooking (burning food), or attempting to manipulate the infrastructure to bypass the fire alarm system, the costs of the fire brigade intervention must be fully borne by the guest.
Fireworks
A strict ban on fireworks applies in and around La Maison Suisse.
Grilling
Please refrain from using any type of grill on the balconies and in the apartments.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at La Maison Suisse. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas. Dog waste must always be disposed of in dog waste bags.
Kitchen use
Clean all utensils and dishes after cooking, a dishwasher is available. Only cook in designated areas.
Quiet hours
Please observe quiet hours between 20:00 and 7:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.
Safety
Be aware of escape routes and emergency exits. Valuables can be safely stored in the safe. The hotel is not liable for losses.
Cleanliness
Please keep your room or apartment clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the designated containers.
Damages and losses
Please report damages or losses to the reception immediately. You are liable for damages intentionally caused to the furnishings.
